Mark uses his real estate experience and valuable accounting background to assist StepStone clients in property disposition/acquisition, project management, and asset advisory analysis. He also manages the accounts receivable group, acting as the lease administrator. He is responsible for review and setup of all leases, creation and billing of annual operating expense reconciliations, and annual cost of living increases.

Mark’s accounting experience includes a role as an auditor with Ernst & Young, LLC, Assurance and Advisory Services, and as an accounting manager for a local distribution company. He is a licensed California real estate salesperson.

Mark earned his Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of San Diego, where he received both academic and athletic scholarships. He played NCAA Division I Baseball and was selected in the Major League Baseball amateur draft by the Los Angeles Dodgers. He continues his involvement with USD as a member of the Business Alumni Association.
