With good anchor tenants, a large site, and more than sufficient parking, the center had many positives. The owners had a limited budget so creativity was needed to realize any financial benefits. StepStone visualized the solution and laid out the following plan:

Solve existing deferred maintenance while also upgrading the look and feel of the façade and site
Refinance property to help finance the center renovation
Explore opportunities for new retail pad buildings in the future
