When the property changed hands, the new owner came to us asking for help. Our strategy was to renovate the property where necessary, updating the building to current code requirements and resolving all deferred maintenance issues while keeping the architectural integrity of Ruocco’s original concept. Upon completion of this, the number of tenants would then be reduced and the rents adjusted to market.
